108-2 semester Graduate Student Research Room Application (Deadline: 1/13 Mon. 9am)

Greetings from Office of Economic Department:
The office of economic department will start arranging research room payment, key receive or withdraw etc. on first day of school. (2/3 (Mon.) The application is available from now until 1/13 9am, please apply for the research room within this period if needed.
 
Students who need research room for 108-2 semester (both continuously and new application), please fill out this form and put forward the application (deadline: 1/13 (Mon.) 9am). Student who doesn't fill out the form will be regarded as no research room demand for the coming semester.

Instruction of Research Room Allocation:
 (1) Research Room for 1st-year graduate student:
Seeing that some 1st-year graduate students didn't get the research room last semester, we will once again allocate the rooms in order to provide chance for students who failed to get the access to the research room. The allocation will be: for students who didn't get the research room last semester will be preferentially allocated (don't have to draw lots); if there are no enough seats, the office will then draw lots to decide who will get the research room among the students.
P.S:Students from 109 academic year who early attend the semester can also apply for the research room. (if there are no enough seats, the office will then draw lots to decide) 
 
 (2) Research room for 2nd-year graduate and PhD students:
Students who need research room (both continuously and new application), please fill out the form and put forward the application. For students who have their research room in last semester will be put in the same room for 108-2 semester.
 
 (3) 108-2 semester research room allocation and 1st-year graduate student draw lots:
(a) 1/13 (Mon) 14:00pm will start drawing lots publicly in 3F 318 conference room. (if there are enough seats, drawing lots will not be necessary.)
(b)1/13 (Mon) will announce the result of drawing lots before getting off work, and we will email the detailed list to each research room.
(c) For students who have their research room last semester and are continuously in need for the research room will be put in the same research room from last semester.
  
(4) Research Room Fee, key return, receive, and withdraw
The fee is:
Maintenance: $300 per person/semester
Deposit: $200 per person
 
(a) Key Return (2/3~2/7):
Students who will not use the research room in 108-2 semester, please return your key to the office, then you can receive the deposit.
 
 (b) Key receive, return and payment (2/10 Mon~)
The office will start arranging research room payment, key return, receive, and withdraw from 2/10 (Mon)
